Not getting enough faction? - Guild Wars Forums

I was flagging for an alliance guild, everytime we didn't get roflstomped and won I got this for winning:

My Balthazar faction was not full.

Is.. that the normal amount for a non-guild member? Cause I doubt it. If not, could someone tell me any reasons for this?

EDIT: nvm, I found it.

Yeah, they have that completely unnecessary restriction for no reason at all.
